I want one picture that is (160-180)x200 of your head and an optional full size image to which it is linked. Enter your nickname and a password to allow you to replace the image at a later date by coming to this page again and uploading a new image with the same username/password. Only JPG files will be accepted. Uploading slightly larger than the allowed file size may work as all images are optimized after uploading, but don't bet on it.
NOTE: Do NOT upload JPGs saved directly from Photoshop! They are full of bloat like preview thumbnails and other junk which makes them low quality. If you are using Photoshop, use the 'Save For Web' option to save your JPG file.
